FAQs

I’m interested in utilising your services - what next?

The first step is to get in touch to have a chat about what support you require, and if you have a particular practitioner preference. From there we can set up a time for an initial consultation, either in clinic or via video call.

What does an initial consult consist of?

The first port of call is to address what needs you or your family member may have, establishing some collaborative goals for therapy, and completing any further assessments we feel like is necessary. We’ll also try to give you a rough idea of what further support or sessions we believe might be helpful to achieve your goals. Generally, the therapy process begins from the second session.

What happens if I need to cancel or change my appointment?

We understand life happens! We are happy to change or cancel appointments free of charge as long as you give at least 24 hours notice. Cancellation within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge, and a no-show will incur full charge for the appointment. If you are unwell, we are happy to convert to an online appointment (if appropriate) if you feel well enough to do so. Unfortunately, we’re unable to extend appointments if you are running late due to the impact this has on other appointments.

How much will it cost?

We understand that therapy can be expensive. Please feel free to have a chat to us in regards to funding options, as there are options for financial support via several avenues.

Therapy prices are set by each individual practitioner, but individual sessions start from $185 incl GST, but may cost more dependent on the practitioner and/or service. Please contact us to discuss further.

I’m interested in using a clinic room - how do I go about this?

We welcome enquiries from any therapists interested in using a clinic space, either as a one off or with a more regular arrangement. Please drop us a line and we can discuss further.
